1. Account Registration

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Complete KYC verification as required by Singapore law
• Maintain security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

2. Eligibility Requirements

Users must meet the following criteria:

• Singapore residents with valid NRIC/FIN
• Non-residents with valid work passes or appropriate documentation
• Not subject to any sanctions or restricted lists
• Not previously banned from financial services

3. Trading Rules and Restrictions

Users agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in market manipulation
• Not use the platform for illegal activities
• Accept market volatility and trading risks
• Maintain sufficient funds for transactions

4. Fees and Charges

Our fee structure includes:

• Trading Fees: 0.1% to 0.25% based on 30-day volume
• Withdrawal Fees: Network fees plus platform processing fee
• Inactivity Fees: SGD 10 per month after 12 months of inactivity
• Currency Conversion: 0.5% fee for SGD to crypto conversions

5. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risks:

• Market volatility and price fluctuations
• Regulatory changes in Singapore and globally
• Technology risks including system failures
• Cybersecurity threats and hacking attempts
• Potential loss of entire investment

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including:

• Software and codebase
• Branding and logos
• Trading algorithms and analytics
• User interface design
• Documentation and materials

are property of Dilepa Fora and protected by copyright laws.

7. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Regulatory requirements
• Non-payment of fees
• Inactivity exceeding 24 months

8. Limitation of Liability

Dilepa Fora's liability is limited to:

• Direct damages up to SGD 10,000
• Exclusion of indirect and consequential damages
• No liability for market losses
• No liability for third-party actions
• Force majeure events excluded

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through:

• Initial negotiation between parties
• Mediation in Singapore
• Arbitration under SIAC rules
• Singapore courts as final jurisdiction

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Singapore law and comply with:

• Payment Services Act 2019
• Personal Data Protection Act 2012
• Securities and Futures Act
• MAS regulations and guidelines

11. Amendments to Terms

We may modify these terms with:

• 30 days advance notice to users
• Email notification of material changes
• Platform notification for minor updates
• Continued use constituting acceptance
